you had a problem and you couldnt find the resolution right the the solution for that particular problem now what happens if you are not satisfied the call center company is going to do the analysis of a call in 20 days at least 20 days and youll get a call so we figured out that you are not very happy we want to provide you something in blah blah blah but by the time youve already.
moved on to that product on a new product imagine how do you get that got that call maybe in 10 minutes or 15 minutes of your very first conversation that would have probably stopped me you know you moving away from their particular product and clauncher is something that you know horrifies area the company right so call center can become effective if they apply something some very basic err principles some very basically hi technologies on their conversations imagine you are booking a hotel you booked that hotel you move to that place and you figured.

figure out if people are you know positively are very positive about a product can you figure out if there are people who are not very happy of course we have the social media platform weve got the text that can be measured but the fact is one very intuitive thing that weve mizdow are the audio conversations the video logs the audio logs which we normally mess out and that has lot of potential and of course if you know how to treat it correctly you.
