Marketing and so artificial intelligence at its most basic is math when we take a look at it in a cycle or a process you have ai, driven content, marketing, so unfocused unclear, untapped unprepared and unknown.
Lets, say you’re doing a whole bunch of work on all of your different channel marketing. But you don’t really know whats working well, you can use artificial intelligence.
A lot of people just look at the buyers journey, so awareness consideration, evaluation and purchase, but you can also then take it a step.
Further with ownership, loyalty and evangelism – and that makes the full customer experience, we want to bring people to your website and once they’re on your website, we want to figure out what is helping move them across that finish line to conversion. What a topic model does is it will scrape the content from a web page or a forum or wherever the content or the text lives and it will start to help you understand the top phrases and the frequency.
So wouldn’t it be great if you had some sort of a guideline that told you during these time periods… This is when you should be posting your content on social media and what specific content it should be, because you want to have the highest possible chance of people seeing your stuff.
Ai cannot make judgment, calls they can’t make decisions, it can only give you outcomes on the things that you program into it.
At this point you’re probably wondering “Should i build my ai or should i buy my ai?”
Well, it depends.
It depends on the time the resources and the skill sets that you have in-house. We know that artificial intelligence isn’t going to take your job its going to take tasks.
So one of the first things that you can do is start to figure out what elements of my job are repetitive. What are the tasks that I can start to introduce some automation to once you start to figure that out you want to start to think about promoting a constant learning mindset.
